Off the Page Book Festival MacRobert Arts Centre, Stirling.

Hello fellow angel cakes,

Izzy and I thought it was high time we started blogging to let you know what we're up to, so here we are! We were in Stirling today at the MacRobert Arts centre, helping to kick off the Off The Page Book Festival. We facilitated two workshops all based around one of our favourite stories...yes, you've guessed it...THE GRUFFALO!
We had wonderful participants today..our biggest workshop numbers yet!
First up were our 3-4 year olds, who danced, sang and played their hearts out! Some of the best gruffalo snoring we've heard in a long time.
Next we met our 5-7 year olds who really impressed us with their owl, snakes, mice, foxes..and not forgetting the scariest gruffalo's EVER! We even met a completely new animal courtesy of Ellie...a owliesnakiefox! Wow! What a cool creature that was, she has promised to draw us one, then we can put it on our new website as soon as it's up and running!

(Hee hee, even the grown up's got such a huge fright we we came out to greet them after our workshops with our best and biggest gruffalo roars we could muster!)

So we sign off today by sending lots of love and sparkly angel cakes to all our new workshop friends in Stirling. Thank you so much for coming and for all your wonderful work. We hope to see you all again soon. (Was also lovely to see some familiar falkirk friends there too!)

Thanks to Louise Graham and to Creative Scotland.

See you all soon,

Angie and Izzi xxxxxx
